In 2025 the city of Costigliole Saluzzo approved the development of a new sightseeing route for tourists and locals who wished to explore the area and discover its history.
Those who'd follow this path would encounter a series of illustrated panels displaying special characters with their own story and riddles to tell: none other than the very landmarks and iconic buildings of Costigliole.
I created six characters inspired by as many buildings: the challenge was to make each one unique and to blend the new personality and facial expression with the pre-existing architecture.
Once the characters were approved, I included them in colorful layouts to be printed and displayed along the trail and on a brochure.
